Refunds and Exchanges

1. Where do you operate from?
  We operate from Singapore and through a 3rd party intermediary in the United States.
 
2. How can I contact you with a question about my order?
  We are always happy to hear from our customers. Please email us at info@parryspark.com or contact us via Facebook page. We will reply to you within 24 hours.
 
3. What is your return policy?
  In the event that you wish to return our product, the product must be in a resellable condition (i.e. unopened, in good condition) and within the 30 days from the day of purchase. We hold the rights to deny returns, if the condition of the return policy are not met.
 
4. My product was damaged when I received it.  What do I do?
  Please contact us immediately at info@parryspark.com.sg with your name, contact details and order number. Once we receive your email, we will help arrange for a replacement or refund.
 

Shipping

1. How long does it take for you to process an order before it is dispatched?
  We would like to assure customers that we process all orders within 2 – 3 working days.
 
2. Where are you packages shipped from?
  All products bought through our website are shipped out from Singapore.
 
3. Do you post package internationally?
  We deliver to most part of the world. However, if you are located in an area where air transport is not available, please feel free to check with us if we are able to reach you.  
 

Payment

1. What payment methods do you accept?
  We accept Visa and Mastercard. International Bank Transfer may also be available for certain countries. Please check with us.
 
2. How do I know if my payment is successful?
  Once your transaction is successful, you will receive an email to confirm your purchase from us.
